A private day at sea for 12

Holiday M is a 15-metre traditional gulet prepared for private day trips from Fethiye. With room for up to 12 guests and a cruising speed of 8 knots, she is ideal for groups who want a calm day of swimming breaks, sunbathing and sea views in the bays of Fethiye. Our two-person crew — captain and cook/deckhand — is with you all day.

The aft deck has a seating area, dining table and overhead and side awnings; the foredeck offers sunbathing cushions and a retractable awning. Inside there is a saloon seating area and a galley with hob, refrigerator and deep freezer. A sound system with Bluetooth and USB, plus playing cards, okey and backgammon keep the day fun; air conditioning is available on request.

A 1,000-litre fresh-water tank and 500-litre waste-water tank, a swim ladder and deck shower, as well as VHF radio and satellite communication, support a safe day at sea.

3. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes, in accordance with the processing conditions set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK:

  • Carrying out yacht charter reservation and contract processes,
  • Fulfilling legal obligations (port and coast guard notifications, invoicing, etc.),
  • Carrying out payment and financial transactions and tracking collections,
  • Improving customer satisfaction and managing requests and complaints,
  • Use as evidence in any future disputes,
  • If you give communication consent, carrying out seasonal campaigns, discounts and promotional activities.

4. Parties to Whom Data Is Transferred and Purposes of Transfer

To achieve the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, to public institutions within their legal authority (law enforcement, Harbour Masters, tax offices, etc.), to our financial advisers/independent auditors, to banks and financial institutions, to our lawyers for legal proceedings, and to our IT/software suppliers to provide the necessary technical infrastructure.

5. Method and Legal Grounds of Collection

Your personal data is collected verbally, in writing or electronically (via our website, mobile application, email, social media, call centre, contracts and port/office forms) for the purposes above. Processing is based on the legal grounds of “being provided for by law”, “being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract”, “being necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligation” and, for cases outside these, “your explicit consent”.

6. Your Rights under Article 11 of the KVKK

As a data subject, under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:

Cancellation & Amendment Terms

Yacht Charter Cancellation and Refund Conditions

If the charterer gives the owner notice of cancellation before the start of the charter period or at any time, or if the charterer defaults on / fails to pay any amount due under this agreement despite notice, the owner shall be entitled to treat this agreement as terminated by the charterer (unilateral termination/breach) and to retain in full all payments made to the owner before termination. However, if the owner is able to re-charter the yacht to another charterer for the same period on terms and conditions no less favourable to the owner than those of this agreement, the owner shall refund to the charterer the payments previously made, less an amount equal to the expenses incurred in connection with the original charter and the re-charter.

For the deposit to be refunded in full in the event of cancellation, written notice must be given at least 90 days before the start date of the cruise. The following rules apply to any cancellation:

  • Cancellations made 90 days or more in advance: 30% of the deposit is retained and the remaining balance is refunded.
  • Cancellations made between 89 and 60 days in advance: 50% of the deposit is retained and the remaining balance is refunded.
  • Cancellations made 59 days or less in advance: no refund is given.
